		<description>I was considering that - a system where a person&#039;s amount of tax is determined and they can optionally divide it among the various agencies. I think though in that system, Congress would have to fund itself by taxing the agencies, and it would be hard to get them to not redistribute the tax income as they see fit. It would take extraordinary Congressional restraint, which I wouldn&#039;t expect from a body that can&#039;t even make do with over $2 trillion a year.</description>

		<description>This might not be the largest Country in the World, but I think it is the most impressive.  One way you can measure the growth of somewhere is the measure it&#039;s government.  There is little doubt that this place blows other places away.  I wouldn&#039;t want to die there, but a year or two would be pretty cool.</description>
